● Refunds for the one-time setup fee are only applicable if the realtor don’t get any leads from Lead Lynx in the next 60 days after they signup and their account has been activated.
● Refunds will not be granted based on the quality or outcome of the leads provided, as long as we deliver the promised number of leads.
● If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund of the one-time setup fee, minus any applicable transaction fees or administrative charges.
● The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for the setup fee payment.
● Refunds will not be granted for any reasons other than successfully closing a deal through our referral network.
● If you fail to close a deal within the specified timeframe, your eligibility for a refund will expire.
● Refunds will not be issued for any recurring fees or charges associated with continued membership or additional services beyond the one-time setup fee.
